Terms of Use

Use the service only for the organization that invited you and only with plans, pricing, customer data, and connected accounts you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Extraction results, quantities, room or level assignments, prices, and generated documents are proposed work product. A qualified user must perform human review and approve the estimate before relying on it, sharing it with a client, or sending it through QuickBooks.

Connecting QuickBooks authorizes the service to access the selected company within the permissions shown by Intuit. Creation, changes, or email delivery through QuickBooks remain separately gated in the product. Review the selected company, customer, mappings, and final document before authorizing a write or send.

Features may change as the product is tested. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another organization's data, or use the service for unlawful activity. Report defects through Support so they can be investigated with the affected route and project context.

Intuit and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms. Their availability and account permissions are outside the Estimating Platform's control.
