Sign in, choose Send feedback in the application navigation, and include the project, sheet, fixture or estimate line, what you expected, and what happened. The request is tracked with its status inside your workspace.

Sign in to send feedback

Include the time of the attempt, whether you were connecting, reconnecting, or checking the company, and the message shown in the app. Never include an authorization code, access token, refresh token, password, or one-time sign-in code in a support request.

After signing in, submit a feedback request labelled Privacy request. State whether you are requesting access, correction, export, or deletion review and identify the organization involved.
