Privacy Policy
Last updated September 17, 2026
This policy describes how the Estimating Platform handles information during its private beta. The service is built for authorized members of participating construction companies.
Information the service handles
The service stores account and organization information, uploaded construction plans, project and estimate details, pricing and review decisions, feedback, and operational records needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
If an administrator connects QuickBooks, the service also handles the QuickBooks company identity, customers, catalog information, estimates, and OAuth credentials needed for the actions the user requests. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
How information is used
Information is used to provide plan review, estimating, document generation, support, security, and the QuickBooks workflow. The service does not use a connected QuickBooks company to advertise to its customers or expose one company's information to another company.
Service providers and QuickBooks
Hosting, database, and private file-storage providers process information only to operate the service. QuickBooks data is exchanged with Intuit only after an authorized user connects a company and requests a supported operation. Intuit's own privacy terms govern information processed by Intuit.
Connection control
An authorized user can remove the saved QuickBooks connection from the workspace. This deletes the locally stored connection credentials, but it does not revoke access inside Intuit. An Intuit administrator can separately review or revoke the app from QuickBooks.
Retention and requests
Information is retained while it is needed to provide the private beta, protect the service, and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations. Use the support path below to request access, correction, export, or deletion review for your organization's information.
Questions or requests
Visit Support. Existing beta users can sign in and send a tracked support request from inside the product.
